Bottom Line of 5 Days Quarantine

Today was the last day of our 5-day mandatory quarantine. We had to quarantine after we entered Austria from abroad (if you remember our strange flight) and on the 5th day (which was today as the day of entrance is day 0) we’re allowed to get tested.
So what’s the bottom line?
- I tried to keep walking 5.000 steps a day. My better half almost killed me when walking up and down for 30min+ - 15 steps in one direction and 15 steps back. But it really helped me to get at least some movement and not sit all day long.
- We tried to eat healthy. We restocked fresh stuff before and on purpose didn’t buy any shit-food (chocolate, chips, lemonade, alcohol, etc.), instead a lot of vegetables and cooking everything from fresh ingredients - almost no pre-processed food.
I think both really helped to make the quarantine more “enjoyable”. Of course, I’d prefer to be outside and get fresh air as it’s a bit hard without a balcony. But I think we made the best out of it and the quarantine passed by faster than expected.
