Did anyone of you work with OKR - Objective and Key Results before?
Objectives and key results (OKR) is a goal-setting framework for defining and tracking objectives and their outcomes. OKRs comprise an objective — a clearly defined goal — and 3–5 key results — specific measures used to track the achievement of that goal.
At my company we are currently working on the operationalization of our strategy: how each employee can help us to reach our goals. In the last years there was always criticism that we have no clear strategy and I’m wondering if OKR can help us to break it down. Ideally, so that every junior understands how his activities pay into the bigger goals.
Do you have any experience with it? Or is it just old wine in new bottles?
